Athletics at Saint Jerome School

Saint Jerome students participate in the Catholic Youth Athletic Association (CYAA).

The athletic program at St. Jerome Catholic School stems from the mission and philosophy statement of the school. The end goals of the athletic program at St. Jerome Catholic School are to develop student provide aspiring athletes the opportunity to play a sport for their school, develop student skill, learn the value of teamwork, and prove athletes the opportunity to exercise good sportsmanship and fair play. The program expects excellence on the field as well as in the classroom.

All eligible 5th-8th grade students who plan on playing a sport must:

    • Have a Sports Physical completed and on file
    • Pay Per Sport Fee-
      • Regular Season $50
      • Short Season $25
    •  Remain Grade Eligible
    • Uniforms will be provided upon completion of these items

Fall Sports

Sports offered at Saint Jerome School during Fall months include:

  • Boys Flag Football
  • Girls Volleyball

Winter Sports

Sports offered at Saint Jerome School during Winter months include:
Regular Season:

    • Boys Basketball
    • Girls Softball

Short Season:

  • Cross Country
  • Soccer

Interested in the Saint Jerome athletics?

Eligible students in grades 5th – 8th are given the opportunity to participate. Interested students may receive the opportunity to play on a school team and learn the fundamentals of the sport. Teams are coached by volunteers who lead after-school practices and schedule games with other schools that participate in the CYAA.
