Adoration Chapel
Saint John Paul II Adoration Chapel at St. Jerome Catholic Church

Our Adoration Chapel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.* This chapel is very unique, beautiful and full of meaning. The seven sacraments are depicted in stained glass, all leading to the Eucharist. The simplicity of our large monstrance is definitely something to behold. As you enter the chapel, your eyes are immediately drawn to the very large host in the center of the monstrance. This large oval of glass, holding the Blessed Sacrament shimmers in the light, reflecting all the colors of the rainbow. The colors change subtly as the sunlight moves from east to west. You can see ample room to sit, kneel, stand, recline or lounge on pillows on the granite puzzle designed floor featuring many different colors. The minute you walk in and bless yourself with the Holy Water, you can feel the awe and presence of our God.
Peace, quiet, calmness, and love exude from our Lord to each and every person.
We have all found that
our time spent here goes by very fast, and no-one forces us to leave. Our God is truly present here. At present, our attendance is about 400 Adorers and a average of 150 visitors that just stop by each week.
*Please note that our chapel closes in the afternoon on Holy Thursday until after the first Mass of Easter Monday.
