Sacramental Preparation

Sacrament of Baptism

Children not currently Baptized that desire to be baptized may be prepared for the Sacrament. Parents of St. Jerome Catholic School students that would like their children baptized should contact the Office of Faith Formation at 602-942-3460.

Sacrament of Reconciliation

Children second grade and above who have been baptized in the Catholic Faith may prepare for the sacrament of Reconciliation. Children second grade and older who wish to prepare for the Sacrament of Reconciliation will be prepared to receive by the Office of Faith Formation. Parents interested in having their children prepared for this Sacrament should also contact the Office of Faith Formation at 602-942-3460.

Sacraments of First Eucharist and Confirmation

Baptized children third grade and above who have received Reconciliation may prepare for both First Eucharist and Confirmation. Third grade students will focus on these sacraments as part of their religion curriculum this year. Students older than third grade who wish to prepare for First Eucharist and/or Confirmation will be prepared to receive by the Office of Faith Formation.
